Executive Search service is a consulting service in assisting our clients to proactively identify, evaluate and recruit candidates including those who are not actively seeking for career opportunities, i.e., individuals who are not active job seekers.  This methodology helps our client to hire not just any qualified person, but the most qualified person available in the market.

Executive Selection service is relatively reactive but it can usually cast a wide net among energetic job seekers.  Usually a carefully worded and well placed advertisement will bring the right response.  This methodology is usually cost effective for recruiting certain functional line managers or middle management positions.

When the final candidate is selected, reference check will be conducted.  Besides, a guarantee period for each placement will be applied.

Our Search Process

MEGA talent database uses the latest technology in upkeeping the profile of potential candidates together with their areas of specialization and competencies. These are valuable real time talent resources which are matched with the Client’s job spec and requirements when executive search request is received from the Client. Typically, MEGA talent database houses over 1,000 selected candidates who have already been thoroughly researched and reviewed in term of their attributes and level of competencies. This enable MEGA consultants to provide candidates to the Clients in a timely manner.

Shortlisted candidates will further be screened and assessed by our consultants. Our consultants, upon review of Client’s job spec as well as the degree of fitness to the organisation culture of the Client organization, will prepare a detailed assessment report to the Client with their recommendation. Should an occasion where an appropriate candidate from our database could not be found occur or upon request of the Client to expand the pool of candidates, our consultants along with our researchers will conduct a field executive search via our supplementary resources.

MEGA will provide support and advisory service to our Client during their interviewing and selection process to ensure that the Client is able to acquire the best talent and to meet their requirements.

Once a final candidate is identified, MEGA will conduct verification on the background and reference check at Client’s request. A detailed report will be sent to the Client for their review and consideration.

To further ensure total satisfaction of the Client to the selected candidate, MEGA will continue to monitor the candidate and to work closely with the Client during the guarantee period, and in most occasions, after.
